Who is it for?

This programme is aimed at those people who work to enable growth and change in organisations as leaders, consultants, managers, facilitators or trainers. It is intensive, challenging and rigorous and designed to further your understanding of complexity and change in organisations, as well as increasing your self-awareness and awareness of others and the organisational environment. The focus is on learning about yourself and your functioning in the world of organisations rather than disseminating techniques.

What is Gestalt?

Gestalt psychology is a powerful philosophy and approach to working in Organisations. Gestalt offers a unique and highly effective way of working with individuals, teams and whole organisations. Gestalt has roots in psychology and in therapy and is now emerging as a new and exciting approach to working with people in organisations. Gestalt offers in-depth understanding and lasting interventions, rather than some other approaches which focus on quick fixes. It is indeed a whole new way of thinking about the world of people and organisations.

What is the programme?

The course takes the form of a modular programme. Participants have the option to attend the programme for one, two or three years. A certificate is awarded after two years and a diploma after three years. Each module is designed to explore common organisational themes from a new perspective – a Gestalt perspective. The modules will provide you with new insights, new approaches and the opportunity to look practically at how to transfer your learning back into your work.
